Want To Conceive A Baby Boy ? – Here’s What To Eat

If you want to conceive a baby boy, one of the pre-intercourse things that you should do is to alter your diet. As mentioned in the previous post, one of the keys to conceiving a baby boy is to make your PH level more alkaline… and that has everything to do with your diet.

In this post, I’ll show you some of the basic diet to take note of if you have been trying for and want a baby boy.

It is always a couple’s plan to conceive a baby boy, so, both you and your partner has a part to play. Note that these diet is to be followed before intercourse… and not after..

Here are some food to take to have a son

For the mother, it is crucial that you take products that has high amount of sodium and potassium. Some of which includes, mushrooms, spinach, onions .

Other good alternatives are dates and celery, these are food that can alter your cevic discharge so that they are not too acidic… and the Y sperm, because it is less “durable” needs a more alkaline enviroment to survive and reach the egg.

Apart from the food mentioned, bananas are also another boy-friendly food that you can load yourself with before “doing it”.  Note that while there is no 100% guarantees, it certainly helps to increase the chance, and if you are serious to conceive a baby boy, you would want to do everything that helps to kick start the chance of the Y sperm reaching the egg.
